Terms of service
The conditions below apply to all contracts for the purchase
and delivery of goods from chaseclub.store.
The conditions can be revised without notification and the
date above will show the last revision. Please always read through the
conditions before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also
accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have
received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a
customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail
address, postal address etc. are correct.
The agreement
These general terms and conditions (the “General
Conditions'') apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via
www.chaseclub.store. The agreement is concluded between you and Chase Club
Lykstad, company reg. no. 934 325 176. Detailed contact information and other
information about Chase Club are set forth on the Website.
Prices and taxes
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on
the Website. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the
product price. Depending on the size of the order and desired delivery method,
a shipping fee may be added at check-out.
Payment
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your
account when placing the order, and deducted when the order is dispatched from
our warehouse. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit. All
payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.
Payments made on our website are just as secure as payment in a shop. The site
is secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. That means that no one
can read your credit card number, name or address when the data is sent via the
Internet. Chase Club Lykstad reserves the right to check card validity, address
details of the purchaser and that there are funds available to cover the
purchase price.
Shipping Rates
We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all
orders above 1000 kr. For orders under 1000 kr, shipping costs will vary
depending on your selected shipping option.
Exchanges and returns
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the
delivery date. Should you wish to exchange an item, perhaps for a different
size or color, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. It's important
that items for return or exchange are handed over to the courier within these
specified periods, as these are the terms we operate by.
If you wish to return your purchase within this time frame,
please contact us to start the return process. Upon contacting us, we will
provide you with a link containing a return code and step by step instructions
from our return shipping partner.
Please note, the product must be returned in the condition
it was received: unused and with the tag intact. Note that using our
return shipping partner involves a shipping/handling fee (except for size
exchanges), which we'll deduct from your refund.
Once your return is approved and we receive the returned
goods, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to
your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of
days.

We do not allow returns for the following:
Final
sale items can not be exchanged/returned
Products received
in a condition other than their original condition
Products without
their tags attached
Products that
appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
Products that
are marked or damaged in any way
Warranty & complaints
If your order have any error or defects you have the right
to get a rectification, redelivery, price reduction, compensation or
cancellation of the purchase after Norwegian law. The right to complain applies
for two years after the purchase have been completed. The defect or error must
be significant before cancellation can be made and must be communicated in
writing for reasons of proof. This must be done within a reasonable time after
you have discovered the defect. Chase Club will confirm receipt of all complaints
in writing. In the unlucky event of any errors or defects on our products
please contact us at info@chaseclub.store (With a photo of the defect or error,
please.)
Right of withdrawal
The Act on the Right of Withdrawal entitles you to cancel
your purchase. The package must then be returned to us within 14 days. If you
are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be in
the same condition as when you received them. We are obliged to make a refund
of the amount you have paid, including the cost of shipping. Returned goods
should be sent to Chase Club in accordance with the methods and directions set
forth on the Website “Return & Exchanges”.
Force Majeure
Chase Club is not liable for any delays caused by
circumstances beyond Chase Clubs control, e.g. general labor dispute, acts of
war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical
problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other
communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to
circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from
damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Chase Club shall
inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period
for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two
months, both the Customer and Chase Club are entitled to terminate the purchase
with immediate effect.
Changes to the general conditions
Chase Club reserves the right to change these General
Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted
on the Website.
Disputes
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them.
If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian
Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved
according to Norwegian law.
